Liz Kover, AMFT
As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide a safe and comfortable space within which relationships of trust are built and cultivated. And, in this space, I am committed to being a nonjudgmental listener, and a supportive guide in restructuring perspectives that may have kept you stuck in negative thought and behavior patterns.
Together, we will work at understanding how life experiences and relationship dynamics might have shaped perceptions of self that are harsh, unproductive, or counter to motivation, joy, and self-love.
