Mindfulness-Based Stress
Reduction Program

MBSR is an evidence-based program that offers intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression, and pain.

This is an instructional program full of practical exercises that we learn together with daily at-home practice. 1.5hr weekly meeting via Zoom.

MBSR offers participants the possibility to develop a different relationship to stress resulting from chronic physical and psychological pain and fear. We learn to cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life, and be fully present and alive to enjoy this moment. More than 3 decades of scientific research indicates that MBSR can improve physical health and emotional wellbeing, reducing depression and anxiety.
