Individual Therapy

We will partner with you to determine your goals and a pathway to meet them. With compassion, our skilled practitioners will support and guide you towards balance and emotional wellbeing. We know it’s a small town, privacy and confidentiality are our priority. If you have unresolved trauma, feelings of depression, or struggle with anxiety, give us a call.

EMDR - Trauma Treatment

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective treatment method proven to help people recover from trauma and other distressing life experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. EMDR therapy is designed to resolve unprocessed traumatic memories in the brain, and for some clients may resolve in fewer sessions.

Support For First Responders

Specialized support and attention to the experiences affecting First Responders.  We pay attention to the toll on families and relationships, struggling with the balance of demanding and often traumatic experiences on-the -ob and providing for the needs of family at home. 

Telehealth Provided

For those that may be affected by health, or are out of the area, private and confidential telehealth services are provided. We pay careful attention to protecting your privacy and meeting your mental health needs from your home, or on the road. Our system is easy to navigate.

Heather Berry is a Licenced Clinical Social Worker, dedicated to partnering with individuals to achieve their goals of positive wellbeing and improved mental health. Heather has been a mental health provider for over 30 years, and believes in the value of active and engaged commitment to self improvement through education, movement, good nutrition and social support.

We understand that these are uncertain, and unprecedented stressful times. If you have forgotten how to care for yourself and just care for others, then join us in a supportive and rejuvenating 5 weeks of remembering who you are.

A Compassion Care-Package will be delivered to your door, with all the supplies you need!! Supplies include- art tools for art therapy exercises, kinetic tools for healing, self-care supplies, handouts, and more!

Art Therapy

Yoga Classes/Workshops

Weekly yoga classes for the beginner and advanced student.  Yoga workshops are periodically offered. “Yoga Alignment, a Deep Dive” and “Breath Awareness, Moving with breath”. Follow us on Facebook for updated programs. Instructor Geneva Damico is a skilled and certified yoga instructor, as well as a Registered Nurse.  She has an abundance of wisdom to share.
