Still Water Meditation

We will safely gather together to release stress, and allow ease to find room
in our minds and bodies.

Is this right for you? Yes!

This 50 min guided mental release is for anyone who wishes to feel more grounded and to gift yourself with a few moments each week to unwind and to gain stillness in your thoughts.

Guided meditation, music, light breathwork, and gentle movement awaken our spirits and calm the mind.

Beginner Mediators and Advance Practitioners who have been vaccinated are welcome to join us in person.  Participation online is also available.

Over the 8 weeks we will begin very slowly with short guided meditations, and build our skills by practicing new exercises and reminding ourselves that we can be still, even for a moment.

You will receive written materials, videos, resources to take this practice into the rest of your week and the rest of your life.
